Return and Refund Policy

Me Sobi DME Return Policy

1. Timeframe: No products are returnable beyond 30 days after receipt (there are items with special return policy instruction when delivered)
2. Condition of Equipment: Our return policy require that the equipment be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all the original components and packaging intact. Me Sobi DME will inspect the equipment upon return to ensure it meets these requirements.
3. Restocking Fee: There is a restocking fee for returned equipment. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, cleaning, and preparing the equipment for resale. The restocking fee is often deducted from the refund amount provided to the customer. Me Sobi DME has the right to waive the      restocking fee.
4. Return Authorization: Me Sobi DME require customers to obtain a return authorization or approval before returning the equipment. This ensures what Me Sobi DME is aware of the return and can guide the customer through the proper process. It may involve filling out a return request form or contacting Me Sobi DME customer service department.
5. Return Shipping: Me Sobi DME's return policy will specify who is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In some cases, Me Sobi DME may provide a      prepaid shipping label for the customer to use, while in other cases, the customer may be responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs.      (see#4 for return auth approval)
6. Refund or Credit: Depending on Me Sobi DME's policy, a returned equipment may be eligible for a refund or a credit toward future purchases. The refund      amount may be subject to deductions for restocking fees or any applicable shipping charges.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Me Sobi DME's return policy may specify certain types of equipment  or items that are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. These may include items such as used respiratory masks,  personal hygiene products, or custom-fitted equipment.
